Our Schematic floor plans take the hassle out of property visualisation. Floors plans have become a necessity for real estate agents and homeowners to achieve the maximum value from their property. Our service includes professional measured black and white plans leveraging spatial data through Matterport technology to provide and accurate Our floor plans can be provided in a wide range of formats including PDF, PNG and SVG files.
Our plans can be designed to your spec and as standard come with room labels where necessary. We measure our plans using International Property Measurement Standards (IPMS) with residential properties being measured in line with IPMS Residential 3B Standards and offices in line with with IPMS Office Standards. Please note that balconies and patios are stated separately to the rest of the building.
